This street installation of photography and public comment aims to explore the critical role that culture plays in contemporary Irish life. The evolving display hopes to reflect the organic nature of any culture, a visual dialogue. Transitory by definition, the very process of change becomes the essence of it’s being.

Street Installation: exact location to be disclosed.

The installation is the extension of a project commissioned by Business to Arts called a “Conversations About Culture”, a collaboration with photographer Matthew Thompson artist Boz Temple-Morris.
The project was intended to be an unsentimental photographic reflection at a given moment in time, paired with a series of recorded conversations discussing the value of culture in Ireland today. The collective findings culminated in a recently publish book available from Business to Arts.
This event is part of the Made in Temple Bar festival, 15– 24 July. For further details, please log on to www.templebar.ie
